24 Hour Response Time Needed for QC Pics

In light of a couple of recent situations we have decided to implement a new policy that we see working with great results for other replica dealers:

Once we send you QC/PSP (quality control/pre-shipment photos) you have 24 hours to respond to us either with your approval or disapproval of your order. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours we will assume that you are happy with your QC/PSP pics and we will proceed to send out your order to you.

If you respond after 24 hours with a disapproval then we will do our best to retrieve the package for you from the shipping company, but there are no guarantees on this.

We have decided this is the best route for us to take as we have had some complaints about the slowness of our service, and a lot of this stems from waiting for days and days for customers to get back to us after we send QC/PSP pics.
