ARE YOUR BAGS AUTHENTIC?
Our bags are not authentic, but we only carry the best replica items available.

ARE THE IMAGES ON YOUR WEBSITE YOUR OWN?
Yes, all of the images on our website are taken by us and are of replica products. However, a lot of our bags are hand-made, and when something is hand-made, there can be a slight difference. Therefore, for all UBF products, consider our pictures as references to what we have made for previous clients.
HOW DO I ORDER?
When you add a product to your shopping cart and checkout, you will be taken to a payment page where you will select which payment method you’d like to use. At this point we receive your order and we will do a stock check of your order, to ensure your order is in stock before you pay.
If what you want is not on either of our websites then please email us with your order and we will see if we can source your order for you: sales.ubgallery@protonmail.com
If what you want needs to be made (pre-order), we will inform you before or at the same time as invoicing you.
If we verify your order is in stock, we will manually send you an invoice to your email address to pay for your order. If you order is partially out of stock or out of stock, you will be emailed informing you so.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Western Union and Money Gram. In special cases we may be able to accept Zelle or Transferwise (contact us for more info). Due to the high scam-rate when using PayPal or Credit Card, we will not accept these payment methods.
DO YOU SEND QUALITY CONTROL PICTURES BEFORE SHIPPING?
Yes we do. When we have received your payment we will either start making your order or place the order with the factory. When we receive your order we will inspect it personally. If it passes our QC (quality control) check we will send you QC pictures for your order for you to approve or disapprove.
If your order is in stock then typically it takes is about 7-10 working days to get your order, QC it and send you QC pics. At that point shipping can take about 7-10 working days.
If your order is not in stock and needs to be made (pre-order) it can take 3-6+ weeks for us to make your order and send you QC pics.
Please bear in mind that these are approximate time-frames.
WHY ARE YOU GUYS SOMETIMES SLOW IN GETTING MY ORDER TOGETHER AND SENDING ME QUALITY CONTROL PICTURES?
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, and we will not ship anything out that does not meet our very high standards. Sometimes we either make or receive a sub-standard item and it does not pass our inspection. In this case we will need to either re-make it or send it back to the factory and wait for a new one. This is frustrating for everyone, but we would rather wait a few more weeks and ship you something perfect than ship you a less than perfect product.
Sometimes, things that are out of our control can happen (office closures due to government inspections, items getting out of stock after payment, national holidays, shipping delays, etc.) and that could also greatly affect order processing times. However, we will make sure to update you on the status of your order. By placing an order with Uncle Bench you agree with our terms and conditions, and it is assumed that you understand that delays can happen.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS SEIZED?
We do not offer a refund nor a free reship if your package should be seized or lost en-route. We are only responsible for customs within China, and once it has successfully left China the responsibility lies with you.
However you if you pay an extra 15% of your order cost, we will refund or reship if your package should be seized or lost en-route. You can select this option when adding an item to your shopping cart.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
We will repair your bag regardless of how long you have had it for, as long as you bought it from us. Please email us at: sales.ubgallery@protonmail.com
Please bear in mind that you will pay for shipping both ways. We are not held responsible for any customs issues for any part of the shipping process.
WHAT IF I NEED A REPLACEMENT PART?
If you need a replacement part for something purchased through us then please email us with your request to: sales.ubgallery@protonmail.com
We do not fix nor provide replacement parts for any item that was not sold by us.
