1. If your item is in stock (in stock and ready to ship, not pre-order) it takes about 7-10 working days to get your item, QC it and send you QC pics, at that point shipping can take about 7-10 working days.

Please bear in mind that these are approximate time-frames, as if we receive a item that doesn’t pass our QC we have to send it back and get a perfect one. We refuse to send out anything less than perfect.

2. If your item is not in stock and needs to be made then you acknowledge that this can take anytime from 3 – 6+ weeks and that you’re willing to wait a potentially undetermined amount of time for your order to be made.

3. You have 24 hours to confirm the QC pictures we send you for your order. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will treat that as an approval of the QC pictures and go ahead and ship out your order to you.

4. If you have seen and approved QC pics for the item you ordered, you cannot return the item to us, or ask for a refund.

5. If your package should be seized by customs or lost en-route, and you have not paid the extra 15% shipping guarantee then we are not held financially responsible for either refunding or reshipping your package.

6. If your package should be seized by customs and you have paid the extra 15% shipping guarantee then we will reship to your for free or give you a full refund (minus shipping fees and payment fees).

7. If you should have a problem with our service to you then you will first communicate with us for a resolution.
